Customers’ proposals and/or complaints regarding transactions carried out by JS „Trasta komercbanka” have to be submitted in one of the following ways:
sending information to the Bank per fax (Fax No. 67027700)
sending electronic notice per e-mail: info@tkb.lv
sending a notice by any other electronic means of communication (Trast.Net)
submitting a written notice personally to the Bank (on Banking days from 9:30 - 17:00)
sending a written notice to the Bank per post to the address: Miesnieku street 9, Riga, LV - 1050, Latvia.

An notice which is sent by fax or by electronic means of communication has to be confirmed with an identificator (SIGNATURE).  The notice may include information regarding the desired way of receiving the answer (orally, e-mail, in written form, per post or fax).
Only written documents that have been submitted or sent to the Bank are considered to be official claims.

Bank replies to the claims received from customers within 30 days after receipt of the claim.

The following information has to be included in the customer’s claim:
name of the Bank to which the claim has been submitted,
customer’s (if it is a physical entity) full name, identification number and place of residence,
customer’s (if it is a legal entity) name, registration number and the current address.
subject of the claim, the essence and demands,
list of the attached documents,
place and date (where and when the claim was written)

If the Customer has not received the Bank’s response to a filed claim or the response is considered to be unsatisfactory, the Client has the right to lodge a complaint about wire credit transfers or transactions involving electronic means of payment to the Ombud of the Association of Latvian Commercial Banks.
