Usage of ATM

There are commission charges if you withdraw money from ATMs in Latvia or abroad according to our Price list.

Abroad you can withdraw cash from any ATM. The money will be converted automatically and you will receive your cash in the currency of whatever country you happen to be visiting.
In Latvia all TKB cardholders can see the actual card balance available for transactions at all ATM of the country. Lower withdrawal fees are applied to cash withdrawals from ATM of „SEB banka” and „Swedbank”AS.

For additional protection of your money we have a maximum daily limit for withdrawals from ATMs – during every 24 hours you can withdraw up to 500 LVL/800 EUR/1000 USD accordingly. This limit is for all cards issued by Trasta komercbanka – Maestro, Cirrus, MC Mass, MC Business, and MC Gold. This limit does not concern purchases or payments for services made with payment cards.

In order to increase your limit for cash withdrawals please write a request to the Bank, indicating the reasons. This request written in free style can be handed in to the bank or send using the Trast.Net system. We will consider your request and as soon as possible (not later than in three days) we will contact you.
