Card service

In order to see the whole history of your account with your card, at the beginning of every month you will receive a report showing the time and place of your operations as well as the amount left on your account. |

You can add more money to your account by transfer. |

If you prefer we can add funds to your card account every month to a particular level (or add a specific amount of money). For this you have to fill in the appropriate section in the Agreement on issuing and using payment cards. |

In case you have lost your card
If you have lost your payment card or it has been stolen:

As soon as possible you need to give us a written declaration about the loss or disappearance of your card and then we will issue a new card for you. |
