50 EUR | HOW TO CLAIM Without reference where you are the service will provide you with the necessary medical or technical help 24 hours a day, excepting your country of residence. In case of sudden illness or accident you have to get in touch with the “International SOS”, that guarantees the payment for medical expenses.
Taking into account the gravity of the situation the service will help with the necessary transportation and movement to the necessary hospital. Also repatriation is possible if necessary.

If you want to receive compensation, you should fill in the insurance demand at AAS “SEESAM LATVIA” as soon as possible, but not later than in 30 days.
Together with the insurance demand you should have the following documents:
Copy of your card;
Passport copy, presenting the original;
Application with the description of the accident;
police report about the accident in case of road accident;
Medical certificate with the indications of bodily damages and precise diagnosis;

In case of baggage or flight delay – documents confirming the journey, company certificate about the delay and receipts for extra expenses due to the delay. |

In case of baggage loss – documents confirming the journey, company certificate about the loss of your baggage, its weight and compensation payment, receipts for purchases during the journey, list of belongings and their approximate value. |
