In addition to your steady income from invested funds, a subordinated deposit provides you with an opportunity to obtain a Residence permit in Latvia.
 A subordinated deposit (loan) – is Customer’s deposit invested in the Bank’s subordinated capital for a time period which is not shorter than 5 years. Such type of deposit grants the right to foreign investors to receive the status of a resident of the EU.
 Terms of the service:
 Currency of deposit – EUR, USD, LVL;
Time of deposit – from 5 years (termless agreement for the entire duration of a loan);
Minimum amount –300, 000 EUR, 400, 000 USD or 200, 000 LVL;
Annual rate: EUR – 5%, USD – 4.75%, LVL – 5%;
Additions to the deposit are not permitted;
Interest payment – once a month or at deposit maturity ;
Placement and maintenance of deposit – free of charge.
