The complex is situated at a 12-metre elevation above the sea level and encircled by a pine wood. This territory is included in a list of UNESCO protection objects. The total area of the land plot of the Doles Park Lodge is 24,224 sq.m., and there are 6 buildings in it.
Site Concept
The Doles Park Lodge is intended as an exclusive residential complex of the hotel type featuring top-level services. The Complex consists of 6 buildings, built according to the traditions of construction of various European countries, thus resulting in a unique ensemble of architecture. Each building represents a county, which is also reflected in their names — Italy Bellevue Casa, Swiss Suite Hotel, Lichtenstein SPA Platz, France Riviera Chalet, Austria Wald Haus, Germany Gast Hof; the buildings house an exclusive hotel with double-storey apartments, with their area ranging from 45 to 180 sq.m.; a panoramic restaurant with home cuisine; a cigar lounge with billiards, a bar and a wine cellar; a therapeutic water resort with a bar serving fresh juices; an observation platform on a 12-metre tower and an underground grotto. All buildings are surrounded by private chalets, the buildings and sections are interconnected by roads and walking paths paved with stone blocks, ideally fitting into the landscape with Alpine hills, pine trees, oaks, and a layout of flower beds – an oasis of quietude, health, and silence in the territory of a nature park situated close to the city. The complex is equipped with an autonomous ecological gas heating system, a duplex power supply from two alternative sources of energy, a 125-metre deep artesian well with a coal and medical forced filtration system on the site, a last-generation sewage bio-system has been moved away from the residential territory.

A SPA complex is situated in the territory of the complex, featuring a 12-metre basin with a running current, a fitness hall equipped with free-motion body-builders KINESIS made by TECHNOGYM, Roman, Turkish and Sanarium bath complexes, ERGOLINE sunbeds and a space for obtaining a natural tanning, hydro-massage and equipment for water and massage procedures. Transaction currency – EUR.
Bank financing – up to 70% of the total purchase price (property appraisal is not required).
Buyer’s first payment – 30% of the total purchase price.
