Being your depository, we guarantee the registration and custody of your securities, and represent your interests at shareholder meetings, the payment of dividends and other operations on the stock market.

When servicing securities we will also carry out risk calculations on your agreements. These can be, for example, DVP (Delivery Versus Payment), which guarantees securities delivery against payment. This allows you to exclude any risk of not receiving money or securities.
With the help of a vast net of mediators we also guarantee custody of your foreign securities, which are registered in Clearstream or Euroclear systems.
By opening a security account at TKB you can make operations with any type of securities – from Latvian company shares to USA state bonds.
