Share A security emitted by a stockholder company with no fixed term. A share assures that its holder has made an investment into the shareholder capital (statutory fund) of the company.
A share gives its holder rights to:
receive a part of profit as dividends;
to sell on the securities market;
to take part in the company management;
to own a part of the property after company liquidation.
Bond
A security that includes an obligation by the emitter to pay to its holder (creditor) a nominal value over the fixed time and to pay a definite interest amount periodically.Bonds are emitted by the state, local government or companies that have securities with fixed or non-fixed interest rates. The majority of bonds have no guarantee and give no rights to manage a company.
Eurobond

Future contract
A contract to buy or sell goods with delivery in the future. Future contracts predict a definite amount of goods of fixed type with minimal changes that is delivered upon definite invoice payment terms or transportation expenses.
A buying (selling) deal of a future contract is fixed by a payment directory of stock exchange.
Option contract
A contract for a bonus which gives its buyer a right (with no obligation) to buy or sell an asset at a certain price to an option seller during a definite period of time (option expiration date).
