Using the phone-bank

In order to use services of the Telephone bank, you have to create payment templates which you are planning to use repeatedly, e.g. for regular payment of bills. You can generate such templates in the internetbank Trast.Net or execute them at the Bank in person. If you do not have access to the internet, we can do it instead of you by using the test key generated by electronic Code card. 

In future, when making a transfer via the Telephone bank, you will only have to call the payment template number or its name and to specify the missing information to make a payment. 

Security

In order to make your work with the Phone-bank safe, we have developed multi-level protection systems. These consist of password, control question and answer system that identifies the client, phone conversation recorder, payment pattern assertion procedure in the bank or Trast.Net, electronic Code card (digipass) for generating electronic signatures and you also have the possibility to restrict the maximum payment sum for each payment pattern.
