If you already have a Trast.Net connection and the Code card, you can begin using the Phone-bank immediately! The only thing you have to do is to send a request to use the Phone-bank to the Internet-bank with your electronic signature.
If have not yet used distant access TKB, you need to fill in an application form in the bank. There you will indicate the preferred password for connection as well as a control question and answer in case additional identification is necessary or you forget your password.
If you want to use all the vast possibilities offered by the Phone-bank and use it operations with your account including exchange and deposit investments, you must receive the electronic Code card, which generates an electronic signature for your bank orders.
The connection and use of the Phone-bank is free of charge. As soon as you register the connection you can use the Phone-bank!
